Congratulations Chilliwack! Recipient of The Hall Of Fame Award at BOW Kelowna
BreakOut West is proud and excited to announce Chilliwack as this year’s recipient of The Hall Of Fame Award. The iconic Vancouver based band is celebrating their 40th anniversary and has netted over twenty hit singles during these last four decades. The band will be performing live during the Western Canadian Music Awards Gala and Bill Henderson of Chilliwack will be this year’s keynote during the Western Canadian Music Industry Awards Brunch!

I can’t believe it’s been a year (and a day) since the fantastic Joel Plaskett show at the Habitat. With backing vocals of Ana Egge and Rose Cousins, and of course his Dad, this sold out show was my favourite Kelowna show last year.

Kelowna’s Kingdom Cloud @ the Habitat
Last night at the Habitat, Kingdom Cloud played a great opening set for Vancouver’s Said the Whale and Plants & Animals from Montreal. Both bands, delayed due to a rock slide near Golden, Kelowna’s Kingdom Cloud filled in and played a killer set of original music. Check out these guys next time you get a chance!
